Emma Farrell RDN

Emma’s passion for dentistry started in 2005 when she began her career as a receptionist in a busy NHS dentist and loved the job so much that she went on to gain a diploma in nursing. Her passion for the work and her work ethic is the driving force in evolving her career.

Emma met Glenys in 2017 whilst studying for my NEBDN Implant Nursing Diploma. After completing the course, she soon realised she wanted to further her teaching skills, and her journey began in teaching. Emma’s current role in practice includes mentoring, and she finds seeing other staff members succeed rewarding.

Her passion and ethics strengthened as she added teaching qualifications to her skill set. Glenys recognised this and welcomed Emma to the company as a teacher and coach

Emma’s success in this role has led to her promotion to a partner in the company.

Emma is our course Lead for the clinical skills and care coordination courses. Our students relate well to Emma because she works full-time in practice, so she understands the challenge, skills, knowledge and time frames of General Dental Practice.
