Starting in April 2007 as a trainee dental nurse qualifying as Registered Dental nurse I continued to add post qualifications to my portfolio. These included dental radiography and dental nurse assessing/tutoring, and a Level 5 Diploma for Dental CQC Registered Managers (RQF).

I have always strived for improvement not just on a personal level, but for my colleagues in the team. I feel empowered encouraging others to learn and expand their knowledge and skills especially through courses that help students gain the knowledge and skills to provide a more quality based service to patients.

This has led me to where I am today, down the path of tutoring, assessing and Internal quality assurance (IQA). I enjoy guiding students through their chosen courses as a tutor and mentor as I am passionate about learning, leadership and training, encouraging individuals to develop their knowledge and skills to achieve greater things.
