This programme is delivered in a 1-2-1 coached format and introduces mentoring skills and strategies for workplace learning and good practice. Learners will be asked to complete written tasks to demonstrate their learning .
The programmes is available in-house or as a distance learning programme with one-to-one tutorials

This first steps course is delivered over 6 weeks, with the course fee including 6 weeks of tutor support. After this period, additional monthly packages of tutor support can be purchased at a fee of £50 plus VAT per month.

Entry Requirements

• I understand that this course requires study at level 3. At this level students need to have English Functional Skills at Level 1. If my tutor advises me that my functional skills are not at this level I will be advised by my tutor on the required course of action. Which may involve additional functional skills training at my own cost.
• I have arranged to ringfence time for my tutorials- 30 mins per week and study time of at least 2 hours per week
• I can produce course work in the Microsoft Word Format
• I certify that the work I submit for my assignments will be my own work. I realise that to make a false claim of authenticity is malpractice and could be reported to the General Dental Council. In which case my registration could be at risk.
