The skills and aptitudes of the reception team are hugely influential to reaping the benefits of excellent customer care, showcasing the clinical excellence of the practitioners and building your patient list. The right receptionist, with the right skills and approach, will ensure the smooth running of the practice- covert enquires into new patients and more importantly guarantee that all important excellent patient experience.
Patients judge the quality of their dental care on that aspect of the dental experience they understand best - such as how they are greeting, whether treatment delivery is streamlined and whether the promises made to them are kept.
This course requires study at level 3. At this level, students need to have English Functional Skills at Level 1. If the tutor advises that functional skills training is required, this may involve additional functional skills training at my own cost.
This four-unit course is delivered over nine months, with the course fee including 9 months of tutor support. After this period, additional monthly packages of tutor support can be purchased at a fee of £100 plus VAT per month.
We offer the option to pay the course fee in four instalments.
