This Quality Assured level 4 equivalent, blended learning programme offers home-based learning with weekly one-to-one tutorials with a named mentor. The programme enables experienced dental receptionists to develop a range of supervisory management skills.
This course offers 120 hours eCPD

This course requires study at level 4. At this level, students need to have English Functional Skills at Level 1. If the tutor advises that functional skills training is required, this may involve additional functional skills training at my own cost.
Learners will need to ringfence time for my tutorials- 30 mins per week and study time of at least- 2 hours per week.
Learners must produce course work in the Microsoft Word Format.

The allocation of roles such as Decontamination, Safeguarding and Information Governance Leads are already requirements for dental care providers.

In teams where these lead roles have been used as tools for team development, the benefits of this whole team approach have secured improved team motivation and productivity.

This four-unit course is delivered over nine months, with the course fee including 9 months of tutor support. After this period, additional monthly packages of tutor support can be purchased at a fee of £100 plus VAT per month.
We offer the option to pay the course fee in four instalments.
