This a Bespoke program, which is awarded by AIM Qualifications.This programme is delivered in a 1-2-1 coached format and aims to develop management competencies for qualified dental professionals or to contextualise the existing management skills of non-dental managers in the dental sector. This course requires study at level 4. At this level, students need to have English Functional Skills at Level 2. If the tutor advises that functional skills training is required, this may involve additional functional skills training at my own cost. Learners will need to ringfence time for my tutorials- 30 mins per week and study time of at least- 2 hours per week Learners must produce course work in the Microsoft Word Format Dental professionals undertaking this qualification will develop an in-depth understanding of the principles of quality management which underpin care quality regulations. As a result, successful candidates will be able to use the regulatory standards as a route to run more efficient, motivated, and productive teams - which will result in better patient experiences. This course is awarded by AIM Qualifications an Ofqual regulated awarding organisation. Lifelong Learning provides a range of vocational qualifications to FE colleges, training providers and employers, enabling them to achieve their objectives by offering qualifications that are fit for purpose. This six-unit course is delivered over 12 months, with the course fee including 12 months of tutor support. After this period, additional monthly packages of tutor support can be purchased at a fee of £100 plus VAT per month.
